reception locations for your wedding celebration. Our experience
trends tell us that you will tour at least 4-5 of available venue
location and will make a decision after touring based on final review,
availability, and budget criteria. In addition, during the initial
venue search and based on teh date of wedding, reception and point
of which you enter Venue Chicago services, new venue sites/locations

The Planning
Our experienced wedding planners take the logistics that need to be worked/developed/coordinated
for the wedding day. This service includes vendor research, pricing and proposals. Vendors may include:
invitations, floral, entertainment, photography, transportation, hotel room blocks, dÉcore, linen,
and lighting (to name a few). more...
Wedding Day
A senior planner will begin the day 3 to 4 hours prior to the wedding reception unless the ceremony is either
on property or has already taken place. If on property, the planner will arrive earlier to manage ceremony set-up.
The planner will be responsible for checking in all vendors hired, overall floor plan, checking off of deliveries and the
coordination of the entire room set-up as the flow of logistics are specified to deliver times and a timeline coordination.
